In a recent International Customer Experience Awards event in Amsterdam, we had the privilege to preside as part of a judging panel in the Digital Strategy award category. We were presented very impressive digital strategy and transformation efforts by the finalists, including DBS Bank, Saudi Telecom Company, T-Mobile Austria, and Multichoice, among others.
